Exchanges And Returns
We will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of the original shipment date. Products must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received them.
To obtain a return authorisation, please contact us.
Please note, that additional delivery charges will apply in all exchange/refund circumstances.
All returns and cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per your order.
Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer.
